Trade Information:
Trade days are Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00am- 1:30pm
We trade on a walk-in basis during trade days and hours; no appointment is necessary. We ask that you stay in the store during the exchange.
When bringing in clothing, No plastic bags please we have a two paper bag limit per customer with clean, folded clothes.
We do not accept clothing that smells smoky, musty or has pet hair Items that have stains, rips.
Clothing should be in season and in style.
Toys must be clean, complete, and working. If batteries are required, please install them before bringing the toy in. Toys should not be manufactured in China.
Large furniture and equipment may be brought in any time, but please call ahead as we have limited space. Phone: 831-438-7245
By law, car seats cannot be more than 5 years old. A sticker listing the manufacture date should be located on the side or back of the car seat.
We do not accept cribs. There is no space in the store for them. You are more than welcome to bring in a flyer to advertise that you have one for sale to post on our bulletin board. But do not bring it down to the store as it will no longer be accepted.

Store Credit:
We offer you 50% of what we intend to sell your items for. You can then use your store credit toward the purchase of recycled items (clothing, books, toys, etc.) any time.
Please note that the Trade slips are not interchangeable with the store in Soquel due to the fact that the Soquel store has a new owner.
Also, when using store credit, tax is always paid separately with each transaction. You may pay for tax with cash or charge ($10.00 minimum on credit/debit).
Consignment:
Little People’s Store offers you cash when your items sell. We offer a two-month contract on in-season, “rack ready” items only.
Equipment, furniture, and strollers calculated at 50% to you; clothing is at 40%.
Cash:
Cash is paid for name brand clothing sizes 2-16. We ask that all toys and equipment are clean and complete. We do have a cash limit per trade day so come early.
